Where is your studio located?

Our studio is conveniently located in Alabang and Ortigas — two accessible hubs for fitness-focused movers. We offer both Private Sessions and Group Classes designed to elevate strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness. You can explore pilates for active-aging, scoliosis, sciatica, pre and post natal, atheltic conditioning, and more. Every class is intentional, effective, and tailored to help you grow whether you’re just starting or leveling up.

Classes run by appointment and are typically arranged weekly or monthly. Each session lasts 55 minutes, giving you a full, focused movement session.

Yes, we do. Just inform us during booking so we can assist you with the applicable discount.

What are your booking and cancellation rules?

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Anything later will result in the session being forfeited. If a group class does not meet the minimum number of participants, we’ll notify you and may adjust the session accordingly.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Clean grip socks are recommended to help with stability and better control on the equipment. We also have grip socks available for sale at the studio!

Packages offer better value per session and come with a set validity period. They can be extended once if needed. Our team can help you choose the package that fits your goals best.

Arrive at least 15 minutes early on your first visit to complete your forms.Keep noise to a minimum and put phones on silent or store them before class.Wipe down equipment after use.For everyone’s comfort and safety, it’s best to attend sessions without children so you can focus fully on your practice.
