Vendela Faith Opinion is a Licensed Physical Therapist with 1 year of hospital-based clinical experience and an 8-year Pilates teaching career. She is a Full Level 1 STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor specializing in Injuries & Special Populations. By integrating her clinical expertise with mindful movement, she helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and move safely and confidently.
Her training includes Total Barre® Foundation, Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates, Post-Rehab Conditioning, Golf Conditioning, Pickleball Conditioning, and multiple STOTT PILATES® and ZEN•GA® workshops. She has experience working in a hospital setting, treating patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions, which further enhances her ability to support clients with diverse movement and rehabilitation needs.
Vendela works with a wide range of clients, including prenatal and postpartum mothers, active seniors, athletes, and individuals recovering from injury.
