Vera is a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Retro Fitness Instructor, Zumba Instructor (ZIN 2019), and Level 1 STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor. She focuses on helping clients develop greater mind body awareness to improve posture and reduce compensatory movement patterns.
Her teaching is grounded in biomechanics, guiding clients toward better stability, flexibility, and core strength through purposeful and well structured exercise.
