Raquel is a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor with over 10 years of experience in the pilates industry, helping clients move with strength, awareness, and confidence.
Her training spans a wide range of specialized disciplines, including Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates, ZEN•GA Vinyasa, Cross-Bow and Jumpboard Interval Training, as well as Enhanced Tone and Conditioning with the Stability Chair and Cross-Bow.
Her workshops inlude Reformer for the Older Adult and Conditioning for Golf & Rotational Power on the V2 Max Plus Reformer, equipping me to train clients with diverse needs and performance goals. I have also trained in Pickleball Performance on the Reformer and HALO Training to further support athletic development and functional strength.
