Alpha Mae Aniciete Pantig is a Licensed Physical Therapist and an All Population Full Level 1 Pilates Certified Instructor under Pilates Academy International, New York. She also holds certifications in Core Barre, Core Suspension, and Core Reform.
She has completed specialized training in Power Stretching Technique, Locus Dolendi Dry Needling, and Manual Therapy Strategies of the Lower Quarter. Alpha Mae integrates evidence based physical therapy and Pilates to support recovery, improve movement quality, and prevent injury. Her approach helps clients move from rehabilitation to functional strength through safe, purposeful, and individualized sessions.
