What Do I Wear?

Wear comfortable exercise out lifts. This includes clean socks with a sole grip is advisable.

How often are your classes?
  • Private Sessions and Group Classes are by appointment.
  • Group Classes will be posted on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Sessions/classes are 55 minutes in length.
How do I pay?

We accept Cash and Credit Cards.

What are your booking and cancellation rules?
  • Private session/Group class booking must be canceled 24 hours before schedule.
  • Cancellations/No shows after the 24-hour cut-off will forfeit one or more sessions.
  • Group Classes with less than 3 participants will be canceled. The allotted time may be converted to a single, duo or trio session as long as trainer agrees to do it.
  • Session and Class will end on time regardless of the start time.
What are your Packages and Validity?
  • Packages have a built-in reduced per session rate. Our Customer Service Personnel at the front desk will be happy to answer your queries. Send them a message here by clicking this link.
  • Packages may be extended only once from their validity.
What are your Studio Etiquette?
  • First Time Clients are requested to come at least 15 minutes before the appointed time to complete our Customer Welcome Forms.
  • Out of respect to our clients, we request you to keep the noise level to a minimum.
  • Kindly switch your mobile phones to silent mode or leave them in the lockers during your session.
  • Our Studio will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers with keys will be provided during your stay.
  • For Group class participants, kindly wipe down the equipment after use.
  • Bringing children to the studio is not advisable.
