Vic is an entrepreneur, educator, and coach with over 30 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry both locally and abroad. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through AFPA and ISSA, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NASM OPT Training certified, a Polestar Pilates Studio Certified instructor, and a Golf Conditioning Specialist.
He is the creator of Reform Athletics Vector Protocol Training Method, a science based performance system designed to improve movement efficiency, strength, and long term function.
Vic’s coaching philosophy centers on transforming clients’ lifestyles through consistent, purposeful training built on movement patterns and structured systems. He is deeply passionate about helping clients enjoy activities of daily living and improve their overall quality of life.
Beyond physical training, Vic emphasizes the importance of mindset and mental well being, guiding clients to invest in both a strong body and a resilient mind. His mission is to help individuals live with purpose and intention to Train, Sustain, and Evolve.
