Marj, is a full certified Stott Pilates instructor Level 1 & Level 2 with Injuries special and populations, and specializes in Post and Prenatal Pilates. She practiced Pilates for 5 years before deciding to build a career in teaching Pilates. She has been teaching for 7 years and is studying other specialization fields. Trained under the mentorship of Ms. Vivian Zapanta a Fitness Icon in the Philippines and Lead Stott Pilates instructor trainer in Asia. She is also an Intructor trainer assistant, teaching upcoming instructors in Bangkok and Manila. Works as a freelance Pilates instructor.
